AI Assets Holding Limited (AIAHL) is a Schedule B, Central Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of Ministry of Civil Aviation. The Company was incorporated on 27th January 2018 as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) having its registered office at 2nd Floor, AI Administration Building, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi. AIAHL has an authorized share capital of Rs. 70,000 crores and paid-up capital of Rs. 63,022.59 crores as on 31st March 2026. It is a 100% owned by Government of India. It has four subsidiaries i.e. AI Engineering Services Limited, AI Airport Services Limited, Alliance Air Aviation Limited and Hotel Corporation of India. AIAHL is responsible for monetizing all the non-operation assets handed over from Air India, responsible for management of all subsidiaries and handling post disinvestment issues of Air India. AIAHL as a holding company is the only company in India which has a footprint in nearly all the segments of Aviation Industry. Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), ground handling and airline through its subsidiaries.
