AI Assets Holding Limited (AIAHL) is a Schedule ‘B’, Central Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of Ministry of Civil Aviation.  The Company was incorporated on 27^th January 2018 as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) having its registered office at 2^nd Floor, AI Administration Building, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.
